How to report
Send us a report through the contact options on our homepage. To help us act quickly, please include as much of the following as you safely can:
- A clear description of the issue and what happened.
- Any relevant dates, account names, links or transaction references.
- Screenshots or copies of suspicious messages, where possible.
- How we can reach you if we need more information.

Our Trust & Safety team reviews every report and takes appropriate action, which may include suspending accounts, removing content or cooperating with law enforcement. We treat reports confidentially and only share information where necessary to investigate or where required by law.
